OSHC & School Visits

Stuff you need to know 

  • 2.5 – 3 hour sessions.
  • $20 per head
  • We do require a minimum of 30 children for OSHC/School Visits. If you are unable to get 30 paying children, the school is responsible for paying the difference to reach the minimum payment of 30 children. 
  • WWCCs have been completed and are available upon request.

Session times

  • Set up and pack down in venues is usually 30 min’s either side of the chosen class time.
  • Most guests choose mornings for sessions but I am happy to discuss timings with you to suit your needs.

Materials Supplied

  • Everything you need to create your own masterpiece. 
  • Paint brushes, acrylic paint, easel, stretched canvas and an apron will be provided. 
  • We encourage schools to remind children and parents to wear something you wouldn’t mind getting paint on.

Arrival before class

  • Please arrive on time, we recommend 5 minutes prior to your event.


  • We are able to accomodate children from Kindergarten up to Year 12.


  • OSHC and school visits are available to any school in the Adelaide Metro area.
  • If your school is out of the Adelaide Metro area, a travel fee will apply which will be discussed at time of booking.

 Venue Requirements

  • A suitable space to hold the art class with tables and chairs or some schools set up in the gym with plastic/paper rolled out for the students to sit on.
  • Power-points to plug in hair dryers so all children leave with a dry painting
  • Running water/sink to wash out brushes in.
  • We require at least one member of either the School or OSHC faculty to attend to assist students during the event.

Booking and Payment

  • To secure a date for an art session we require a $200 non refundable deposit
  • This deposit is then subtracted from your final invoice.
  • Invoices are sent after the session has been completed. Our payment terms are 7 days from date of event.

  • Covid restrictions will be applied according to Government guidelines at the time.

Cancellation Policy

  • Should you wish to cancel,  you must notify us at least 24 hours before the start of your session to reschedule.
  • Reminder that your $200 deposit is non refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
